If you work in a restaurant and your boss tells you to take out the trash, you are going to take out the trash. But when you tell yourself that you are gonna start to write tomorrow or the next 2 hours, and you don't.

Why? There is a lack of respect. There's a lack of respect for yourself and you have to get to the root of that. You have to show up for yourself. You have to put your foot on the gas and go.

My point is: Treat yourself as you would to others.
